Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

We offer a 7-day conditional refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • The course consumption must be less than 20% of total content
  • The user must not have:
    • Downloaded course materials
    • Attended multiple live sessions (if applicable)
    • Availed mentorship, doubt-solving, or support services extensively

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • More than 20% course content accessed or consumed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of time or inability to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not aligning
  • Failure to attend live sessions
  • Course purchased under:
    • Discounted offers (e.g., ₹999 offers)
    • Combo packages or bundled courses

5. Exceptions (Valid Refund Cases)

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same course
  • Payment deducted but course access not provided
  • Technical error from our side preventing course access

All such cases will be verified before processing.

  • Freelancing income or business success
  • Increase in earnings or financial outcomes
  • Performance improvements within a specific timeframe
Results may vary from person to person based on multiple factors including individual effort, consistency, prior knowledge, market conditions, and application of learned skills. By purchasing our courses, you acknowledge that:
  • You are responsible for your own progress and outcomes
  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect results expected by the user
